阐述案例中的大数据产业发展现状和需求,介绍大数据行业岗位状况,分析大数据专业建设的难点问题,提出构建符合市场需求的人才培养模式,包括强化实践教学环节、确定具体项目、建立团队合作、设计课程和评估、跨学科综合能力培养、建立行业实践基地、注重创新思维培养和评价方式创新.
Abstract
This paper expounds the current development status and needs of the big data industry in the case study,introduces the job positions in the big data industry,analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the big data profession,and proposes the construction of a talent cultivation model that meets market demand,including strengthening practical teaching links,determining specific projects,establishing team cooperation,designing courses and evaluations,cultivating interdisciplinary comprehensive abilities,establishing industry practice bases,emphasizing the cultivation of innovative thinking and innovative evaluation methods.
