摘要

阐述可编程复杂电子系统中内建自测试的硬件木马检测技术,它通过使用现代可编程逻辑芯片上的逻辑单元,对电路进行快速有效的自测试.

Abstract

This paper describes the hardware Trojan detection technology for built-in self testing in programmable complex electronic systems.It uses logic units on modern programmable logic chips to quickly and effectively self test circuits.
