机器视觉技术在分级检测案例中的应用

阐述一种基于机器视觉的分级检测算法,对采集到的皮蛋透射光图像进行分割处理,得到去背景图像.然后,提取并选择去背景图像的特征,并用线性判别分析法对这些特征进行降维,从而得到能够表征不同类皮蛋的关键特征.最后,将降维后的特征输入到分类模型中,观察逻辑回归、支持向量机和随机森林三种机器视觉算法的表现.发现随机森林算法的表现最佳,准确率达到95.65%,可以实现对皮蛋图像的有效分类.
Application of Machine Vision Technology in Grading Detection Cases
This paper expounds a classification detection algorithm based on machine vision.Firstly,the collected transmitted light images of leather eggs are segmented to obtain the de-bottomed image;then,the features of the de-bottomed image are extracted and selected,and the features are downscaled by linear discriminant analysis,so as to obtain the key features that can characterize the different classes of leather eggs;finally,the downscaled features are inputted into a classification model,and the performance of the three machine vision algorithms,namely,logistic regression,support vector machine,and random forest,is observed,and it is found that the performance of the random forest algorithm is good.The performance of the three machine vision algorithms,logistic regression,support vector machine and random forest,was found to be the best,with an accuracy rate of 95.65%,which can realize the effective classification of leather eggs images.
