摘要

阐述Multisim14是一款工业级电子仿真软件,具有灵活的使用方式和强大的功能.在实际教学中,针对场效应管学习的难点,应用Multisim14仿真软件进行虚拟仿真辅助教学,仿真结果说明场效应管放大电路受温度影响很小,使用Multisim14进行仿真可以提高教学质量和效果.

Abstract

This paper describes that Multisim14 is an industrial-grade electronic simulation software with flexible usage and powerful features.In practical teaching,it is found that the learning of FET is a difficult point.In order to solve this difficulty,Multisim14 simulation software is used for virtual simulation assisted teaching.The simulation results indicate that the field-effect transistor amplification circuit is minimally affected by temperature.Using Multisim14 for simulation can improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching.
