阐述为了降低运算放大器因内部ESD保护二极管出现正向偏置的传导电流,并在一定时间(或长或短)内过量输入电流可能会损坏的风险,系统设计中,在运算放大器输入端增加一个过压保护(OVP)电路,一般采用适当的输入过压保护网络和不带集成输入过压保护的运算放大器组合来解决.
Application of Operational Amplifier Input Overvoltage Protection Design in Engineering
This paper describes how to reduce the risk of damage to operational amplifiers due to excessive input current caused by forward bias of internal ESD protection diodes over a certain period of time(either long or short).In system design,adding an overvoltage protection(OVP)circuit at the input of the operational amplifier is generally solved by combining an appropriate input overvoltage protection network with an operational amplifier without integrated input overvoltage protection.
