This paper expounds tthe scheduling method of shared communication engineers based on resource pools,including establishing communication requirements using delay collection technology,sharing communication engineer resource pools,and establishing a distribution matrix of communication requirements and shared communication engineers.It analyzes the dispatch sequence and traffic situation of shared communication engineers.
