This paper expounds the problems of non power outage technology for cables,analyzes the technical principles,and proposes implementation methods.It explores the application case of cable uninterruptible power technology in live operation of distribution network.The results indicate that it can effectively reduce power outage time for users,improve power supply reliability and operational efficiency.
