Analysis of Random Vibration Simulation and Experimental Verification of Missile-borne Electronic Equipment
This paper describes that in order to verify the reliability of random vibration simulation analysis for missile-borne electronic equipment,a reasonable finite element model for a certain type of radar seeker is established and random vibration response analysis is conducted.Taking the receiver as an example, the vibration response of the structure under random vibration excitation is extracted, providing a basis for the strength and stiffness design of the structure.Random vibration tests are conducted on the seeker, measuring the acceleration response of the receiver's point of interest during the vibration process. The comparison of simulation and random vibration test measurement results verifies that the simulation method is reasonable and reliable.
