This paper expounds the problems in agricultural product sorting,taking red dates as an example,and combines practical applications of instance segmentation in deep learning to explore basic model algorithms.Under visible light RGB imaging conditions,it detects and analyzes defects on the surface of red dates through image processing and machine learning techniques.
