Case Analysis of Digital Twin and Computer Simulation Technology Application in Equipment Fault Diagnosis
This paper expounds the use of digital twin technology and computer simulation technology to predict and manage heating faults in a universal injection molding machine barrel.It combines real-time sensor data collection and computer simulation to develop a digital twin model based on the entire injection molding machine,material cylinder,and material cylinder heating device,in order to achieve real-time production process monitoring and computer feature extraction of simulation models.
