This paper describes the control interval action decision of relay protection devices,including the calculation of neutralization evaluation values and the acquisition of control interval action decision results.It explores intelligent operation and maintenance control methods from the aspects of network switches and message analyzers,intelligent substation monitoring systems,and maintenance during system abnormal operation.
