摘要

阐述针对压电陶瓷水听器高输出阻抗及阻抗可变的特点,设计一款基于JFET的前置放大器.该电路噪声优于运放构成的前置放大器电路的噪声性能,满足深海探测时水听器前置放大器噪声要求.

Abstract

This paper expounds the designe of a preamplifier based on a domestically produced JFET to address the high output impedance and variable impedance characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic hydrophones.Experimental results show that the noise performance of this circuit is superior to that of preamplifiers based on operational amplifiers,meeting the noise requirements for hydrophone preamplifiers in deep-sea exploration.
