摘要

阐述微环谐振器极易受温度波动影响或器件制造工艺的限制,造成MRs的谐振波长发生改变引起桥接故障.提出一种基于图论的检测方法,建立MRs桥接故障检测图模型,完成桥接故障的检测.

Abstract

This paper expounds that microring resonators are highly susceptible to temperature fluctuations and limitations in device manufacturing processes,resulting in changes in the resonant wavelength of MRs and bridge faults.It proposes a detection method based on graph theory,establishes an MRs bridge fault detection graph model,and completes the detection of bridge faults.
