This paper expounds the teaching issues of electrical engineering and automation courses in response to traditional engineering education concepts and models.Based on the OBE teaching philosophy,a training program is designed with a focus on leading technological innovation.A curriculum system that integrates emerging technologies,teaching resources that are optimized from multiple professional backgrounds,and a method of joint talent cultivation between schools and enterprises are established to construct a new collaborative education model.
