This paper describes the analysis of the structure and principle of vacuum circuit breakers,as well as the characteristics and influencing factors of the closing bounce phenomenon.It adopts a nonlinear recognition method using sensors and induction motor models,and proposes an innovative optimization design scheme.The scheme can effectively improve the operational accuracy and electrical performance of circuit breakers through precise measurement and data analysis.The evaluation results indicate the effectiveness of the plan.
