摘要

阐述磁控溅射镀膜设备是光伏异质结电池制造的两大主流真空镀膜设备之一,应用于异质结电池生成TCO薄膜.探讨磁控溅射镀膜设备结构及工艺过程、硬件开发与控制方案,并完成设计与验证.

Abstract

This paper describes that magnetron sputtering coating equipment is one of the two main types of vacuum coating equipment used in the production of photovoltaic heterojunction cells,extensively applied in the creation of TCO thin films for heterojunction cells.This article conducts research based on the structure and technological process of magnetron sputtering coating equipment.It provides an introduction to the hardware development and control schemes,and ultimately concludes with the completion of the design and verification.
