摘要
阐述为高效开展多层瓷介电容(MLCC)的失效分析,基于该类器件在高可靠领域中的使用和失效分析数据,从短路、开路、参数漂移三种主要失效模式出发,提出一种简单可行的失效分析方法.
Abstract
This paper describes a simple and feasible failure analysis method in order to work on the failure analysis of multilayer ceramic capacitor(MLCC)efficiently,based on the use and failure analysis data in high reliability field,from the three main common failure modes:short circuit,open circuit,out-of-tolerance of parameter.
