Abstract
This paper expounds the method of constructing and maintaining a training course resource library for power transmission based on information technology,and explores the value of the resource library in content strategy,database technology selection,and practical application.It continuously improves the resource library through technological upgrades,user experience optimization,and security reinforcement to better serve the field of power transmission.
