摘要

阐述针对汽机摩擦振动故障,通过故障筛查与诊断,排查汽机安全隐患.根据摩擦振动所产生的频谱与波形,对汽机的振动特征进行分析,依据故障分析图形,判断汽机故障的原因,以保障安全.

Abstract

This paper describes the screening and diagnosis of friction and vibration faults in steam turbines to identify potential safety hazards.Analyze the vibration characteristics of the steam turbine based on the frequency spectrum and waveform generated by frictional vibration,and determine the cause of the steam turbine fault based on the fault analysis graph to ensure safety.
