阐述基于配电网运行需要,分析运检标准化管理需遵循的原则,提出构建标准化管理模式的策略,包括分析价值流、健全管理机制、统一管理标准、引入智能技术等,以排除配电网中潜在的安全隐患.
Abstract
This paper expounds the principles that need to be followed in the standardized management of operation and inspection based on the operational needs of the distribution network.It proposes strategies for building a standardized management model,including analyzing value streams,improving management mechanisms,unifying management standards,and introducing intelligent technologies to eliminate potential safety hazards in the distribution network.
