Abstract
This paper describes that small current grounding system is a protection strategy used in power systems to improve power supply reliability and safety.It introduces its configuration method,analyzes the basic principles and applications of meta learning and transfer learning,and proposes a comprehensive fault diagnosis framework based on these two learning techniques.
