摘要
阐述机载软件状态管理在飞机制造中的应用特点,针对传统管理模式中的需求响应、信息传递、保留机制不完善问题,提出推行流程单制度、开展主辅协作、分级处理保留的创新性策略.
Abstract
This paper describes the application characteristics of onboard software state management in aircraft manufacturing.In response to the problems of incomplete demand response,information transmission,and retention mechanisms in traditional management models,innovative strategies are proposed to implement a process sheet system,carry out primary and auxiliary collaboration,and handle retention at different levels.
