摘要

阐述风电机组齿轮箱智能化设计的特点,探讨组齿轮箱健康状态预测与智能预警系统的对策,包括先进传感器技术与数据分析算法、云端智能监控与预警技术、闭环反馈与持续优化机制的应用.

Abstract

This paper describes the characteristics of intelligent design of wind turbine gearboxes,explores the countermeasures for predicting the health status of gearboxes and intelligent warning systems,including advanced sensor technology and data analysis algorithms,cloud based intelligent monitoring and warning technology,and the application of closed-loop feedback and continuous optimization mechanisms.
