Abstract
This paper describes the digital transformation and practical process in the teaching of microelectronics technology courses,and explores the implementation strategies of digital transformation,including using digital technology to move different problems forward,expanding digital resources to enrich classroom forms,and setting task points through online teaching platforms to form a breakthrough mode.
