Analysis of Optimization of Teaching Management Platform in Smart Campus
This paper describes the application of the Servqual model theory to analyze and continuously improve the services of the smart teaching management platform from the dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,and empathy,and proposes service optimization solutions to enhance the level of modern education and teaching management,teaching effectiveness,and platform user satisfaction.
