Abstract
This paper describes the framework and characteristics of cloud and fog hybrid computing,and explores the architecture design of intelligent irrigation systems based on cloud and fog hybrid computing,including data collection and real-time processing(fog computing layer),deep data analysis and optimization(cloud computing layer),and automatic control and decision-making(integration layer)design.
