摘要
阐述智能抄核背景下的电费抄核收应用价值,分析现阶段我国电费抄核收过程中存在的问题,提出相应的解决策略,包括促进四表合一、建立智能核算体系、借助多元收费渠道、搭建智能抄核收监管平台,以提高电费抄核收模式与市场化需求之间的衔接,推动电网转型升级.
Abstract
This paper expounds the application value of electricity billing and collection under the background of intelligent billing,analyzes the problems existing in the current electricity billing and collection process in China,and proposes corresponding solutions,including promoting the integration of four meters,establishing an intelligent accounting system,leveraging multiple charging channels,and building an intelligent billing and collection supervision platform to improve the connection between electricity billing and collection models and market-oriented demand,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the power grid.
