摘要

阐述混合Ewald方法,通过改变三维双周期格林函数不同采样区域的计算公式来加速计算三维双周期格林函数.数值结果表明,混合Ewald方法比Ewald方法具有更高的计算效率,并适用于沿着任一方向具有指数衰减的格林函数计算中.

Abstract

This paper describes a hybrid Ewald method to accelerate the calculation of three-dimensional double-PGF by changing the calculation formula of different sampling regions of the three-dimensional two-period Green's function.The numerical results show that the hybrid Ewald method has higher computational efficiency than the Ewald method.At the same time,this method is also suitable for Green's function calculations with exponential decay in either direction.
