摘要
阐述露天煤矿自动化控制系统中的故障因素,包括传感器故障、软件故障、网络通信故障的影响.探讨自动化控制系统的检修模式,通过实施预防性检修、预测性检修和应急检修等多种检修模式,可以有效地减少系统故障的发生,提高系统的稳定性和生产效率.
Abstract
This paper expounds the fault factors in the automation control system of open-pit coal mines,including the impact of sensor failures,software failures,and network communication failures.It proposes a maintenance mode for automated control systems,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of system failures,improve system stability and production efficiency by implementing various maintenance modes such as preventive maintenance,predictive maintenance,and emergency maintenance.
