Abstract
This paper expounds the design and construction points of neutral grounding on the low-voltage side of transformers based on a case study of a substation system.It explores the key technologies for using PE wire grounding,including the setting of PE wire in the substation,the design of grounding resistance,and flexible grounding methods.
