阐述智能变电站特点,提出应加强智能变电站继电保护的检测和调试,包括继电保护装置、变压器、线路保护、动作时间的检测,以及继电保护设备、监控系统、安全防护、通道系统的调试.
Abstract
This paper expounds the characteristics of intelligent substations and proposes to strengthen the detection and debugging of relay protection in intelligent substations,including the detection of relay protection devices,transformers,line protection,action time,as well as the debugging of relay protection equipment,monitoring systems,safety protection,and channel systems.
