摘要

阐述为解决现有传统梅花触头的接触压力低、接触电阻高、散热效果差等问题,提出一种感知温升形变弹簧技术.通过设计感知温升形变弹簧的结构,实现对触头接触压力和接触电阻的感知.

Abstract

This paper describes a temperature sensing deformation spring technology to solve the problems of low contact pressure,high contact resistance,and poor heat dissipation effect of traditional plum blossom contacts.It realizes the sensing of contact pressure and contact resistance by designing the structure of the temperature rise deformation spring.
