Abstract
This paper describes the design and optimization of the intelligent service system for campus libraries,and proposes a new type of intelligent service model for libraries.This model is data-driven decision-making,user demand-oriented,and aims for intelligent services.Its effectiveness has been proven through practical application and effectiveness evaluation.
