摘要

阐述为了提高铝制油性笔气密性检测质量,测试仪以STM32单片机为控制核心,采用具备Modbus通讯功能的气压传感器,通过直压式气体检漏方法对铝制油性笔气密性进行测试.经调试,设备能准确判断铝制油性笔的气密性,达到效率高、成本低、安全可靠的预期目标.

Abstract

This paper expounds that in order to improve the quality of air tightness testing for aluminum oil pens,the tester uses STM32 microcontroller as the control core and adopts a pressure sensor with Modbus communication function to test the air tightness of aluminum oil pens through direct pressure gas leak detection method.After debugging,this device can accurately determine the airtightness of aluminum oil-based pens,achieving the expected goals of high efficiency,low cost,and safety and reliability.
