Reflections and Breakthroughs in the Research of Management Theory with Chinese Characteristics
At present,the development of Chinese management theory falls behind the actual management practice.Developing management theory with Chinese characteristics is the mission and important task of Chinese management scholars.This study systematically reviews the development process of Western management theories and summarizes them as the contention of"scientific rigor and practical relevance""positivism and post positivism""universality and contextualization".Based on the above,this paper expounds two prominent problems in the practical dilemma of Chinese management theory research,namely,the lack of scientific spirit and the decoupling of inter subjectivity.From a historical perspective,this paper deeply expounds that"harmony"culture,"human nature"culture and"righteousness and benefit"culture are the cultural genes for the development of Chinese manage-ment theory.Through the introduction of"An-Gang Constitution",this paper discusses its transcendence of foreign management thought and enlighten-ment to Chinese management theory.Finally,this study points out the prospect and direction of building management theory with Chinese characteristics,including gaining academic confidence,building a beam discourse system,focusing Chinese practice and carrying forward the scientific spirit.
