Towards Equalization of Basic Public Services for Common Prosperity:Theoretical Logic and Practical Approach
The equalization of basic public services is the bottom line condition and important path to achieve common prosperity,which provides goals and theoretical resources for the equalization of basic public services.Based on the perspective of common prosperity,equalization of basic public serv-ices refers to"high-level"equalization,"two-way interactional"equalization,and"gradual"equalization.The current equalization of basic public services still faces problems such as floating goals,misplaced paths,and shifting approaches.To promote the equalization of basic public services in the new era with the concept of common prosperity,it is necessary to build and implement an evaluation system for high-level equalization of basic public services,establish a multi-directional interactive mechanism for promoting equalization of basic public services,and adhere to a normalized development strategy for gradual equalization of basic public services.
