Will the New Type of Collective Economy Inevitably Boost the Common Prosperity of Farmers and Rural Areas?——Based on the Theoretical Framework of"Competition-sharing"
The new type of collective economy is an important driving path to promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.Based on the theoretical framework of"competition-sharing",the analysis of the case of Tian Village in the west of Guangdong shows that not all types of new collec-tive economy can promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas and only the competitive and sharing collective economy is an effective carri-er to promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. The practical mechanism of the competitive and shared collective economy to promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is reflected in three aspects:the multi-subject participation mechanism promotes the collective econo-my to start;the market management decision-making mechanism promotes the collective economy to continue to grow;and the operation income sharing mechanism promotes the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. In the process of developing the collective economy of competition and sharing, embedded market economy system constitutes the prerequisite for developing the collective economy. At the same time, the leadership of capable people and the all-round participation of villagers have played a key role in stimulating the endogenous momentum of the village.Open property rights struc-ture,compound governance structure and diversified industrial structure ensure the collective economic competitiveness. The differentiated distribution according to the combination of labor and capital distribution and the inclusive welfare distribution according to the status of village community members reflect the sharing of the new collective economy. From the policy level,it is necessary to make concerted efforts from the aspects of tapping village tal-ents,grasping village resource endowment, maintaining collective economic competitiveness and sharing, and ensuring that the new collective economy can effectively promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.
