磷石膏的预处理和综合利用研究进展

磷石膏中杂质成分复杂,但由于预处理技术不成熟,其利用率长期较低,大多采用堆存处理.针对磷石膏堆存带来的严重环境污染问题,务必要加快磷石膏预处理和综合利用方面的研究.全面介绍了磷石膏的基本性质、国内外磷石膏的产生和综合利用状况以及存在的问题.重点阐述了磷石膏的预处理和综合利用,预处理主要包括物理法、化学法和热处理法三大类,预处理后的磷石膏主要被应用于建筑、化工、农业和环境四大领域.归纳了磷石膏预处理方法的研究进展和未来综合利用的发展方向,并对解决磷石膏堆存问题提出了展望.要从控制生产源头、探究高效的预处理技术和加强综合利用三方面入手,才能尽快消纳堆存的磷石膏,实现"十四五"大宗固废治理目标.
Research progress of pretreatment and comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum
Phosphogypsum with complex impurity composition has been less utilized for a long time and mainly treated by stockpiling,due to the immaturity of pretreatment technology.Faced with the serious en-vironmental pollution problems caused by phosphogypsum stockpiling,it is inevitable to accelerate the re-search on pretreatment and comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum.The basic properties,production and utilization of phosphogypsum at home and abroad as well as the existing problems were comprehen-sively introduced.The pretreatment and comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum were highlighted.Physical,chemical and thermal treatments are the main pretreatment methods.The pretreated phosphogyp-sum is mainly used in building materials,chemical industry,agriculture and environment.Research progress of pretreatment methods and the future development direction of comprehensive utilization were summa-rized,and the prospects for solving the problem of phosphogypsum storage were proposed.In order to ab-sorb the accumulated phosphogypsum as soon as possible and achieve the goal of"the 14th Five-Year Plan"bulk solid waste treatment,it is necessary to control the production source,explore the efficient pretreat-ment technology,and strengthen the comprehensive utilization.
