Comprehensive disaster risk assessment of historical and cultural heritage—Empirical study based on improved PSR model
Historical and cultural heritage,as a category of disaster-bearing organisms in the disaster system,is also exposed to risk of damage caused by sudden environmental changes.Firstly, based on clarifying the characteristics and connotations of disaster risk for historical and cultural heritage, this paper proposes a comprehensive disaster risk evaluation system based on disaster factors,disaster-bearing body,disaster-conceiving environment, and disaster reduction measures. This study introduces three dimensions,i.e.,drivers,inputs,and outputs, and determines the relative weights of the indexes using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Subsequently,a multilevel fuzzy inte-grated evaluation method based on risk criteria is applied to evaluate the comprehensive disaster risk of historical and cultural heritage. Finally, the proposed method is applied to the disaster risk assessment of the historical and cultural heritage of Jingjiang King's Mansion in Guilin, demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed method.
