Analysis of key influencing factors of public risk perception of public health emergencies in rural-urban fringe based on ISM and AHP
An in-depth study of the key influencing factors of public risk perception of public health emer-gencies in rural-urban areas is of great significance for the government to regulate public risk perception and enhance emergency management capability.Firstly, the index system of risk perception factors of pub-lic public health emergencies in rural-urban areas was constructed. Then, the influencing factors were ana-lyzed hierarchically by using the method of Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM),and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method was used to analyze the impact of influencing factors in each level and determine the key influencing factors of public risk perception of public health emergencies in the rura-lurban fringe. The results are as follows:the influencing factors of public risk perception of public health emergencies in rural-urban fringe are categorized into three levels, namely direct factors, indirect factors and fundamental factors;the emergency decision-making command and infection-related deaths are the key di-rect influencing factors, and medical rescue capabilities and emergency material support are the key indirect influencing factors. The cultural level, skill level, and public infrastructure are the key fundamental influen-cing factors. In view of the key influencing factors, measures such as establishing and improving the early warning system, popularizing and publicizing knowledge of emergency response, and increasing investment in medical institutions in rural-urban areas are proposed to provide decision-making support for the govern-ment's emergency management.
