Optimization of emergency medical rescue pathways considering changes in injured person health status
When major emergencies occur, the scale of the injured persons exceeds the capacity for on-site e-mergency care, transport and treatment, and the nearest hospitals can only provide limited emergency medi-cal rescue services.Efficient transportation of injured persons with different degrees of injury becomes the key to emergency medical rescure. For this purpose, aiming at the maximum sum of the health status of all the injured and considering the dynamic deterioration of the injured person condition over time,we propose a multi-vehicle field,multi-vehicle and multi-cycle emergency medical rescue pathway optimization model for ambulance and social vehicle joint rescue. Finally, using the Chengdu city settlement and hospital data as examples, the model was solved and validated using an heuristic neighborhood search algorithm. The re-sults show that the use of the joint rescue model is effective in improving the overall health of injured per-sons.The results of the study can provide a decision-making reference for injured person transportation and access protection in major emergencies.
