新时期应急信息化人才培养路径探究——基于创新应急管理教育发展视角

为加强新时期"全灾种,大应急"背景下应急管理能力现代化建设,基于中国知网数据库,利用VOSviewer软件表征了应急管理-信息化关联,从我国现代应急管理教育发展阶段演化、应急管理人才培养体系现状、应急管理学科建设发展现状3个方面系统性分析了我国应急管理人才培养现状,并基于创新应急管理教育发展视角,探究了新时期应急信息化人才的培养路径.结果表明:通过利用多学科交叉融合助力应急信息化革新、内涵式发展全面提升应急管理学科水平、需求牵引拓展应急管理课程体系规划等创新发展思路,打破学科壁垒,增强信息化技术对应急管理的支撑作用,可提升新时期应急信息化人才培养实效.
Exploring the training path of emergency informatization talents in the new era—From the perspective of innovative emergency management education development
To strengthen the modernization of emergency management capabilities in all disaster emergency eras,firstly,based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database,the relationship between emergency management and informatization was characterized using VOSviewer software;secondly,a systematic analysis was conducted on the current situation of emergency management talent training in China from three aspects:the evolution of modern emergency management education development stage,the current status of emergency man-agement talent training system,and the current development status of emergency management discipline con-struction;finally,based on the perspective of innovative emergency management education development,the training path for emergency informatization talents in the new era was explored.The results indicate that by utiliz-ing these creative ideas,including interdisciplinary integration to assist in emergency informatization innovation,comprehensively improving the level of emergency management disciplines through connotation-based develop-ment,and expanding the emergency management curriculum system planning through demand-driven develop-ment,we aim to break down disciplinary barriers,enhance the supporting role of information technology in emer-gency management,and enhance the effectiveness of emergency informatization talent training in the new era.
