Characteristics and hydrocarbon enrichment/dilution of strike-slip transfer zone in the eastern steep slope of northern Liaozhong subdepression
Strike-slip transfer zone plays an important role in controlling oil and gas accumulation. There are significant differences in the oil-bearing series and oil and gas abundance of the strike slip zone on the eastern steep slope of the northern Liaozhong subdepression, and the understanding of reservoir formation is unclear, and the exploration layer series is indeterminate.Based on three-dimensional seismic data and drilling results, the strike-slip transfer zones in eastern steep slope zone of northern Liaozhong subdepression and Liaodong uplift are divided into four types:S-shaped contractional transfer zone, horsetail extensional transfer zone, overlapping contractional transfer zone and overlapping extensional transfer zone. The contractional transfer zone and extensional transfer zone are developed alternately, and different types have different structural characteristics. The strike-slip transfer zone controls the enrichment and dilution of oil and gas.The strike-slip transfer zone is a favorable place for the formation of traps, and a large number of fault block and faulted anticline traps are developed correspondingly under the influence of extensional and contractional stress field. The extensional transfer zone forms a low potential area, becomes a dominant catchment channel and catchment area, and is the dominant development zone of sand rich sedimentary bodies. The opening of the fault in the extensional transfer zone is a favorable channel for the vertical migration of oil and gas, regulates the accumulation of deep oil and gas to shallow traps, and has the characteristic of deep oil poor-shallow oil rich. The contractional transfer zone has high fault closure degree and superior vertical and lateral sealing ability of oil and gas, which is conducive to oil and gas preservation, and has the characteristic of deep oil rich-shallow oil poor.
