摘要

军用软件人机界面评价指标体系是根据一定准则对人机界面设计准则符合性及任务完成水平的综合评价体系.文中从现行国军标和文献分析入手,着重介绍了软件工程和人类工效学两个视角下的人机界面评价指标体系研究现状,归纳提出了以易用性、可用性为两个一级质量特性的人机界面评价指标体系,易用性重点评价软件人机界面对相关设计准则的符合性水平,是以"软件"为主体的评价指标,可用性重点评价用户使用软件产品完成特定任务的完成性水平,是以"人"为中心的评价指标.结合指标体系研究,提出了紧前开展军用软件人机界面设计准则及评价标准修订或制定工作的建议,为规范软件工程生命周期中人机界面设计及测评工作提供依据.

Abstract

The human-computer interface evaluation index system of military software is a comprehensive evaluation system for the conformity of human-computer interface design criteria and task completion level according to certain criteria.Starting with the analysis of current national military standards and litera-ture,this paper focuses on the present research status of human-computer interface evaluation index sys-tem from the perspectives of software engineering and ergonomics,and summarizes and puts forward a hu-man-computer interface evaluation index system with ease of use and usability as two first-level quality characteristics.Ease of use focuses on evaluating the compliance level of software human-computer inter-face with relevant design criteria,which is an evaluation index with"software"as the main object.Usa-bility focuses on evaluating the level of completion of specific tasks by users using software products,which is an evaluation index with"people"as the center.Based on the research of index system,this paper puts forward some suggestions for revising or formulating the design criteria and evaluation criteria of human-computer interface in military software,and also provides a basis for standardizing HMI design and evaluation in software engineering life cycle.
