CCCⅡ Band-Pass Filter Based on Wien-Bridge Oscillator
On purpose to obtain the simplest and most economical current-mode band-pass filter with high Q,a current-mode and trans-conductance-mode band-pass filter using CCCⅡs is designed by means of the traditional Wien-bridge oscillator and adjoint network the-orem.The pole frequency and quality factor of the circuit can be independently and electronically varied by tuning bias currents of the CCCⅡs.If IB3=2IB4,the circuit can produce sinusoidal oscillations.Since this circuit uses four active elements and grounded capaci-tors,it is easy to be integrated. The computer simulation results have been included to verify the correctness of the design.
