针对目前市场上尚未见到成型的唾液乳酸检测设备,进行了酶电化学传感器的唾液乳酸检测仪的研究与设计.主要内容包括信号处理电路、人机交互模块和数据存储模块的硬件设计与软件开发.通过对仪器进行测试,证明仪器具有较高的准确性和宽范围的优点,对乳酸的测试范围在 0.1 mmol/L~1.15 mmol/L,测试误差在 6%以内,表明符合设计要求,具有一定的研究与应用价值.
Research and Design of Lactate Detector Based on Electrochemical Enzyme Membrane Sensor
The study and design of a salivary lactate detector with an enzyme electrochemical sensor is carried out for salivary lactate de-tection devices that are not yet available in the market.The main contents include hardware design and software development of signal processing circuit,human-machine interaction module and data storage module.By testing the instrument,it is found that the instrument has the advantages of high accuracy and wide range for lactic acid in the range of 0.10 mmol/L~1.15 mmol/L,with the test error being within 6%,indicating that it meets the design requirements and has certain research and application value.
