应对不规则物体局部温变的柔性阵列压力传感系统

针对柔性压力传感器阵列在形状不规则又局部温变物体表面测量压力时传感量输出漂移的问题,提出了一种采用红外相机与深度相机的非接触式获取柔性压力传感器阵列温度信息与深度信息的补偿手段.采用拟合法建立不同压力下柔性压力传感器阵列传感单元弯曲应变特性与温敏特性的拟合函数,结果表明经弯曲应变、温度联合补偿后,柔性传感器阵列 64个传感单元输出阻值的相对误差最大值从 85.48%降低到 9.23%,补偿后有 59 个传感单元相对误差小于 0.5%,满足本系统精度要求.
Flexible Array Pressure Sensing System for Local Temperature Variation of Irregular Objects
To address the problem of the drift of the sensing output of the flexible pressure sensor array when measuring pressure on the surface of irregularly shaped and locally warmed objects,a compensation method for non-contact acquisition of temperature and depth in-formation of the flexible pressure sensor array using an infrared camera and a depth camera is proposed.The fitting method is adopted to identify the transformation function of bending strain characteristics and temperature-sensitive characteristics of flexible pressure sensor array sensing unit under different pressures.The compensation results show that after the joint compensation of bending strain and tem-perature,the maximum relative error of the output resistance value of 64 sensing units of the flexible sensor array is reduced from 85.48%to 9.23%,and the relative error of 59 sensing units is less than 0.5%.The compensation approach meets the accuracy require-ment of this system.
