With the rapid development of stealth technology of underwater submarines, the challenges faced by surface ships are becoming increasingly severe, and new requirements and challenges are put forward for the active detection of underwater targets.Using the explosion sound source as the emission sound source,a set of active sound source control system based on FPGA is designed. The system takes the FPGA as the control core, adopts RS232 serial port communication, and detonates after receiving the detonation command sent by the host computer.Compared with the traditional active sonar emission transducer,in addition to the cost, power consumption and volume reduction, the sound source level is higher, with the omnidirectionality of the explosion sound source, the designed system is more conven-ient for small platforms to carry.Simulation and underwater experimental results show that the system can realize the orderly and controlla-ble detonation of the underwater explosion sound source after receiving the detonation command sent by the host computer, and the data ac-quisition of explosive sound source by MEMS vector hydrophone, and the explosion sound source level can be calculated to be 193.93 dB.
