在电力物联网和透明电网的背景下,变电站监控存在监控面积大、目标主体多的特点,亟待一种低成本、紧凑型多源监控系统.针对变电站场景需求,开发了一种基于嵌入式平台的多源信息监控系统,系统集成OV2640、MLX90640 等传感器实现监测参数采集.针对海量监测数据带来的带宽压力和计算压力,采用嵌入式芯片ESP32 实现信息的边缘处理,其中,在热成像图处理部分,通过色彩表建立温度值与RGB值的映射关系,使温度信息可视化.针对变电站巡检方式多元化的特点,以无线Mesh路由方式构建的监控系统,具有链路动态调整、覆盖范围可扩展等优势.最后,通过实验证明了系统的可行性.
Design and Implementation of Multi-Source Monitoring System Based on Embedded Platform
In the context of the Electric Internet of Things and transparent grids,substation monitoring has the characteristics of large monitoring area and many target subjects,therefore,a low-cost,compact multi-source monitoring system is urgently needed.A multi-source information monitoring system based on embedded platform is developed for the needs of substation scenarios,which integrates the sensors such as OV2640 and MLX90640 to realize monitoring data collection.Aiming at the bandwidth pressure and computing pressure brought by massive monitoring data,the node chip ESP32 is used to realize the edge processing of information.In the part of infrared image processing,the mapping relationship between temperature values and RGB values is established through the color table to visualize the temperature information.According to the characteristics of diversified inspection methods of substations,the monitoring system constructed by wireless Mesh routing has the advantages of dynamic link adjustment and scalable coverage.Finally,the feasibility of the system is proved by experiments.
