Heat Dissipation Analysis and Optimization Design of High-Power Photovoltaic Inverter IGBT Modules
Aiming at the heat dissipation design problems brought about by the miniaturization,light weight and high power development of photovoltaic inverters,an effective forced air cooling optimization scheme is designed.Firstly,a suitable fan is selected through the calculation of air volume.Secondly,the cost function is used to optimize the radiator quality and heat dissipation effect.Finally,the opti-mal heat dissipation design scheme is obtained through the response surface optimization.The results show that both the heat sink tem-perature and the junction temperature of the IGBT chip are far lower than the standard requirements,and the reserve margin is more than 10℃.The research results provide ideas and references for the heat dissipation optimization design of similar inverter products.
